Have you heard of moringa? It is an amazing plant with countless health benefits and uses. It has amazed the world to the extent that people call it the miracle tree. I have read so much about moringa. Today I am convinced that it has what life needs to keep us health and help us also avoid the unhealthy pills, tabs and syrups we take in.
My family has been using moringa for the past five years. My wife and I use moringa and have had the healthiest of babies to the amaze of our health officers. We take moringa as breakfast, in our lunch and supper we eat moringa stew or something with a little bit of moringa in it.

Every part of the moringa plant is medicinal. The roots, the stems. Branches, leaves, seeds and flowers are all medicinal and cannot be under estimated in their efficacy.
Moringa can be washed and chewed raw, it can be used for tea, drinks, meals, stew, name it. Everything is possible with moringa. It’s a multipurpose plant. So many businesses have developed it into tablets or pills, ointments, soft drinks, food supplement and a whole lot of product such as creams for the skin and body lotions. It is very common among African and Asia to be precise. But it has caught up with the world and today, even animals are fed.
Moringa is an amazing plant indeed. Moringa is good at preventing over 300 diseases known to man that affect our health. According to the research if you get just 100g of moringa dried leaf powder,:

It contains nine [9] times the protein you get when you eat yogurt.
2.It also contains 25 times the essential iron that you get from spinach
3. it contains not less than fifteen times the potassium one gets from eating banana.

This simply means that you are better of drinking a cup of hot moringa tea or juice than eating all the expensive yogurt, bananas and spinach. Two years ago I did some research on moringa and came out with a fruit juice with the main raw material being moringa and orange. It had an amazing taste and sold so well. I am currently working on it again to bring it to the standard needed by the food and drugs board. Find out more about moringa and you would be glad you did.
