Just In: GES Re-Opening Of School For Green And Gold Tracks, Form 2 And 3 Out

RE-OPENING OF SCHOOL FOR GREEN TRACK AND FORM THREE STUDENTS

The Ghana Education Service has released a press statement today, 4th January 2019. The press release contains the re-opening dates for all streams (Form Three and Two students, Gold and Green Tracks. Below are the re-opening dates.

Final Year(SHS3) Students re-opening date

The press statement indicated that all form three students (Final year students) will commence their second semester of the 2018-2019 academic year from Saturday, 5th January 2019.

Final year students are reopening early to help them get ample time to prepare for the West African Examination (WASSCE).

The Ghana Education Service encouraged teacher and parents to provide the necessary support for effective teaching and learning.

Year two students in all government schools are however to report to school on March 1st 2019 

GREEN TRACK RE-OPENING DATE

Green track students will also commence their second semester of the 2018-2019 academic year from Saturday, 5th January 2019.

GOLD TRACK  RE-OPENING DATE

Gold track students are also to report to school on 5th January 2019 to continue their 1st semester, whiles the second semester for the Gold track begins on 11th May 2018.
