Failure is the seed of success

“Failure is the seed of success” -Kaoru Ishikawa Kaoru Ishikawa is the man of vision that helped transform the industrial performance of Japan from being mocked at to being respected throughout the world. He believed that failure is rather a seed of success. Do not bevel the Pessimist in your life .There are many friends who make us believe that we are not ready for success. They will go all out to remind you of the weaknesses you have for which reason you are not going to succeed. The fact is that, success comes to those who are ready for it and to those who

will take the needed steps when the time to strike is due.

Such persons are risk averse and are very pessimistic. All they are good at is to accept their current condition as their faith and try to get as many as possible to believe them. This way, they block opportunities of others and make them candidates for failure.  They are quick to see the bad side of things. Such persons can discourage you and kill your initiative aimed at reaching the top.

The fear of failing is another big contributor to failure. very often, we are scared of failing forgetting that the best achievers encountered failure while trying to get to the top. Know that failure is only a way of knowing how well to do it right the next time, and attempting after you have failed in the past is a sure way to challenge your self and rewrite your story. Work hard and you will be successful, try again and you will make it, you can never tell when success will smile at you. Never give up no matter how many times you fail. Just keep going and hoping. The next try may perform all the magic you have been working at.

Remember that, there is a seed of success in every failure. Look for your seed of success and don’t give up when you fail, rather, work hard and re write your success story from your failure story.
